Pophouse Entertainment, the company behind ABBA Voyage, has purchased a majority stake in Tina Turner's music rights. The rights, which include Turner's artist's share of her recordings, her music publishing writer's share, neighboring rights, and name, image, and likeness rights, were acquired in 2021. Turner's record company, Warner Music Group, remains the owner of her master recording catalog. Pophouse CEO Jessica Koravos expects new ways to experience Turner's legendary live show, particularly as a solo artist. The Swedish-based company acquires publishing, recording, and identity, image and likeness from iconic pop catalogs such as KISS, Cyndi Lauper, Avicii and Swedish House Mafia.
