Rapper and Bronx native Ice Spice, whose real name is Isis Gaston, has revealed that her depression, not the weight-loss drug Ozempic, was responsible for her physical transformation two years ago. She responded to a critic on X who suggested that her workout videos indicated she had used the drug. Despite this, some fans expressed support and were pleased to see her gain some of her weight.
