Joseph Duggar, the brother of 19 Kids and Counting star, was arrested on March 18 in Arkansas and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior involving unlawful sexual activity with a minor. His younger sister, Joy-Anna, described the allegations as "heartbreaking" and "deeply disturbing" and expressed her grief over the pain and harm caused. His wife, Kendra, was also taken into custody two days later and each other charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree and four of false imprisonment. The charges are in relation to an incident in 2020 where Duggar was accused of molesting a then-9-year-old during a family vacation.
