Bay Area man faces charges in Napa crash that killed 3

A Vallejo man, William Dene Brumley, is suspected of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol when he collided with a vehicle, killing three people. The collision occurred near Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars and resulted in a major traffic disruption on the Silverado Trail. Brummley is expected to be arrested after undergoing treatment at a local hospital for injuries. The names of the victims are being withheld pending next of kin.
