Maul – Shadow Lord star says Star Wars fans won't have to wait "too long" for season 2

Disney Plus has renewed the Star Wars series Maul – Shadow Lord for season 2, with star Sam Wittner stating that fans won't have to wait too long for the return of the show. However, Wittner did not confirm the release date. The series, set after The Clone Wars and follows the character Maul, as he plots to rebuild his criminal syndicate on a planet untouched by the Empire, currently sits at an impressive 98% on Rotten Tomatoes. The success of season 1 has spurred the team to reach greater heights with season 2.
