Four people have been arrested following a shooting incident in Franklin County, Missouri. Deputies were called to the 2300 block of North Prairie Dell Rd. for a disturbance and a report of an individual being shot. While searching the area, a man and a woman were found hiding in the bluffs and a handgun was also found near them. Depicts revealed that 42-year-old Steven Gumpenberger admitted to firing the gun. Three others were also found at the scene with active warrants. Gasphen is being held without bond at the Franklin County Detention Center.
