Local mayors working together to improve healthcare in cities

The mayors of Struthers and Girard are working together to improve healthcare in their respective cities. The goal is to offer free healthcare to residents of both cities without insurance. The mayors are working with the Youngstown-based KO Consultants to find grants and are also meeting with QuickMed officials to discuss the project. The collaboration is not clear if the two cities will operate separately.
