Amy Kaplan, a former Golden Bachelor alum, underwent a deep-plane facelift on Feb. 10. Her twin daughters, Allie Kaplan Rutstein and Lexi Kaplan Giudic, encouraged her to proceed with the procedure after hearing her talk about it for years. Beverly Hills-based facial plastic surgeon Dr. Patrick K. Davis revealed that the procedure, including care and hotel stay, cost around $75,000. The main thrust of the surgery was a "heightened" vertical lift, which lifts the deeper layers of the face vertically and restores the tissues back to where they once were. Amy also had work done on her brows and upper eyelids.
