The exclusive New York City club, Zero Bond, is opening a Las Vegas outpost of the exclusive club that can cost up to $50K in initiation fees. The club is located inside the Wynn Las Vegas and costs $1,000 for "initiation" plus $2,750 per year. Members who want to be considered "founders" have to pay $50,000 in initiates, with higher annual dues. The new 15,000-square-foot space features a $40 million art collection and four bars, a central salon, and a cigar room. Founder Scott Sartiano said the club is about curation and the quality of the community. He also noted that Las Vegas is the largest hospitality market in the world and there is nothing like Zero Bond in the ecosystem here, compared to country clubs and the exclusive gated community of the Summit Club.
