The Tennessee Bureau of Public Affairs (TBI) has issued an alert for four states, including Arkansas, Louisiana, Georgia, and Iowa, where an armed and dangerous suspect may be located. The suspect is wanted for aggravated assault and attempted first-degree murder. All allegations stem from a February 26 shooting of a Memphis Police Officer. The $32,000 reward is sought for information leading to his capture and execution.
