The United Food and Commercial Workers Southern California local unions have ratified a four-year contract with Kaiser Permanente. The agreement includes 21.5% in wage increases over the next four years, including 6.5%) raises in March and October of this year. Additional language regarding artificial intelligence was also included. The union represents pharmacy workers across Southern California and Bakersfield.
