Fresno couple brings California modern cuisine to the table with Bulle

Tom and Davita Miller, a Fresno couple, are opening their fine dining restaurant, Bulle, with a concept that has been years in the making. The restaurant features California modern cuisine and seasonal menus designed by Chef Max McCarthy, who worked for Le Jardinière in Miami. The concept evolved after a visit to the Millers' favorite French restaurant. The couple also found inspiration while touring Europe and dining at Michelin-starred eateries. Every item on the restaurant is organic and free of GMOs and additives, according to Wine Director and General Manager Devon Carabajal. Despite the fine dining label, the owners say that Bulle is for everyone.
