The Brantley Highway 82 fire, which began on Monday, has been raging in southern Georgia and has caused evacuation orders for areas around the country. The fire is estimated to be at least 4,000 acres in size with 15 percent containment. Additional resources are being brought in to combat the blaze. The Georgia Forestry Commission has been monitoring the fire for several days.
