The U.S. Attorney for New Mexico has filed a civil lawsuit against Rick Wilson, also known as "modernised", for allegedly improperly prescribing drugs. The complaint alleges that he wrote over 21,000 prescriptions for substances without a legitimate purpose and ignored signs of misuse. The lawsuit is against the manufacturer of "modernisation" and "modernization".
