UC Davis emphasizes depth, competition during 2026 Spring Game

UC Davis football hosted its annual Spring Game at UC Davis Health Stadium during Picnic Day festivities. The Aggies mixed drills, live scrimmage action and fan interaction during the two-hour showcase. Coach Matt Coombs highlighted the team's focus on building dependable depth across the roster. The defensive line has been a particularly encouraging position group throughout camp. The team is focusing on finding players who can contribute in multiple ways ahead of fall camp.
