The Banbury suicide bereavement group, one of two in Oxfordshire, meets on the first Thursday of each month from 18:30 GMT until 20:30. The group's founder, Ben, believes that speaking out about suicide can help as it can be isolating. The name of the group is "Survivability by Suicide" as they believe it is something that you survive.
