The legal dispute between co-stars Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively continues, with a new filing asking a judge to block evidence from co-star Jenny Slate and author Colleen Hoover in the upcoming trial of Lively, who is accusing Baldoni of sexual harassment and retaliation. The judge dismissed 10 of the 13 claims Lively made against Baldoni, including sexual harassment, defamation, and conspiracy. The trial, set for May, will focus on Lively's three remaining claims: breach of contract, retaliation, aiding and abetting in retaliation. Baldoni's attorneys have denied these claims and stated that Lively was unaware of any incidents during the filming of the film.
