A new four-way traffic light along Route 52 and Wynstone Boulevard in Shorewood, Illinois, has been installed. The installation was a significant milestone for the village, which also saw significant construction on both sides of the road. The new foureway traffic light was successfully implemented around 10 a.m. The construction of the new YMCA is also on the rise, with the opening of the YMeval. Two major housing developments are taking place near the Shorewood Town Center and Village Hall, one from Lennar Homes and another from Ed Mattox.
