Judge Blocks Enforcement of Colorado’s New AI Law

A federal judge has temporarily halted the implementation of the first-ever artificial intelligence law, which was set to go into effect on June 30. The law prevents the state from taking action against individuals who commit to violating the law up to 14 days after the court's ruling. The decision was made following a petition by the company xAI for a preliminary injunction.
