Chicago's main man, Henry Tartt, has released an album by Memory Card, Siren Surf Hurricane, which he uploaded to YouTube with no fanfare. The album features an album written by two of the label's cofounders, Evren Centeno and Nathan McMurray, who also contributed to the album. The record shop, Miyagi Records, plans to host its first annual yard sale on March 7 and 8 to raise money for its teaching program for teaching DJing and music production. The third annual Synth Fest will take place on March 10 and 15 at Life on Marz Community Club, the Marz Mothership, and Skylark. Amaya Peña recently released their first full-length under the name Kitship.
