A video surfaced on social media showing a man twerking on top of a moving Jeep on a public highway in Port Aransas, Texas, shortly before a Spring Break crash. The driver was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. The passenger was thrown from the vehicle on impact and sustained serious head injuries.
