The Skokie Police Department is investigating a series of vehicle burglaries that occurred overnight on March 31 in central Skokrie. At least two offenders were involved in the burglaries, which occurred between 2 a.m. and 6:30 a.M. The burglaries involved individuals breaking into the vehicles' windows and taking valuables. The police have issued several safety measures for residents, including parking cars in a well-lit area, maintaining vehicle doors, and securing vehicle alarms and video systems.
