St. John's has secured a commitment from Montenegrin wing Djordije Jovanovic, a player who has been playing for Buducnost VOLI in the EuroCup and Adriatic Basketball Association (ABA) and is expected to have two years of eligibility. The 6-foot-7 Jovanovani, who has played for Buducanost VolI this year, averaged 4.9 points and shot 38 percent from 3-point range in 16 games. St. John’s had been recruiting the player for over a month. The Red Storm is also expected to make significant strides in the transfer portal as it continues to reshape its roster.
