The world's largest retailer, Walmart, has reported a 3.5% organic growth rate in the first quarter, largely due to the impact of a recall of baby formula. The company is also working with the International Association of Industry and Ethics (ISM) to combat the trend of "modernization" and "disintegration" in the world.
