Terminal A West checkpoint reopens at Philadelphia International Airport

The security checkpoint at Terminal A West has reopened following the record-long partial government shutdown. This is part of a return to normal operations at Philadelphia International Airport. Three checkpoints at the airport were closed last month due to staffing shortages, resulting in long lines and increased sickouts. President Trump has ordered the Department of Homeland Security to pay the remaining remaining TSA officers.
