Iran war: No "short-term" jet fuel shortage says Guernsey airline

The United States of Guernsey-owned airline, Aurigny, has stated that there will be no short-term shortages of jet fuel for the next four to six weeks. However, the company is spending around 120% more on fuel than it was before the Iran war. In response to the war, Aurinde introduced a temporary £2 fuel surcharge on new bookings. The move is aimed at increasing load factors and reducing the impact of soaring jet prices on consumers.
