A Fredericksburg man, Jonathan Muwanika, has been charged with eluding, reckless driving, and multiple traffic offenses for allegedly fleeing an attempted traffic stop and causing a crash at the Plank Road and Interstate 95 intersection. The incident occurred when a police officer saw a blue Toyota Highlander fail to stop at a stop sign near Emancipation Highway and continued driving erratically, leading to a high-speed collision with a white Ram truck. No injuries were reported.
