The Supreme Court has agreed to fast-track the administration's request to end temporary protected status (TPS) for Haitian nationals. The designation allows individuals from countries affected by armed conflict, natural disasters, or other events to remain in the United States. The Department of Homeland Security has taken steps to end TPS for several countries under President Donald Trump.
