A 21-year-old man from Pendleton, Indiana, has been charged with strangulation and sexual battery, both Level 6 felonies. The charges stem from a call from a girl who reported being assaulted by a drunk man. The girls allege that their attacker gave them alcohol and then sexually assaulted them. The suspect is currently being held at the mercy of the court.
