Aaron Hill, a former security guard accused of murdering Rashid Little at Tuscaloosa Hookah Lounge, has begun his trial in the murder of the alleged murder of Little. The prosecution's opening statement for the prosecution claimed that Hill shot Little "dead center" in the chest from about three feet away. The defense claims that Hill accidentally discharged the gun after someone bumped into him, but claims that he was more of a victim of unfortunate circumstances than a cold-blooded killer. Despite this, Hill's attorney, Juneau, blamed the chaotic atmosphere at CRU Lounge for the shooting and the incompetence of the security guards contracted from Grizzly Security. The case against Hill was dismissed after an immunity hearing failed to prove self-defense.
