Audit reveals more trouble for Minnesota's new app for hunting, fishing licenses

A new audit has revealed that the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is more than a year behind its planned launch of a mobile licensing app. The system used to provide licenses for hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities is outdated and glitchy. The Office of the Legislative Auditor warned that the project still hasn't met critical success criteria for its launch. The DNR responded by saying they are already working on the issue.
