Gaten Matarazzo and Elizabeth Yu have been together for eight years, starting when they were 15 years old. The couple has been through high school, engaged in acting careers, and experienced long distance. Matarazo credits his partnership with Yu's communication and ability to thrive through distance as they travel for work. He also credits their ability to communicate well and their home base in the same city as work.
