Federal authorities have linked explosives detonated at a storage facility in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, to the same residue found on the devices used in the New York City terror plot. The FBI conducted a raid on the facility to collect evidence linked to 18-year-old Emir Balat and Ibrahim Kayumi, who were charged with five federal counts related to an "ISIS-inspired" terrorism plot involving two Bucks County teenagers. The operation involved tactical teams, evidence response personnel, and support from local police and emergency services. U.S. Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick stated that both suspects remain in federal custody on terrorism charges and that targeting the public and police officers with explosives is an act of terrorism.
