The Wisconsin Senate Democrat X account posted "Another one bites the dust" on the same day of Wanggaard’s announcement, which Wanggaard responded by calling for the top Democrat in the chamber to take down the post. The Democratic account's post still exists three days after it was made, with Wanggaard responding by calling the post "disgusting" and calling for an apology.
