On May 5, a 66-year-old woman was reportedly hit by a Dodge Ram 5500 Commercial Truck while crossing state street in Hurricane, Utah. The victim was later pronounced dead due to her injuries. Police have confirmed that 68-year old Wayne Allan Levitz was involved in the collision and have charged him with negligent homicide.
