Arrest made in fatal North Las Vegas shooting

Police have arrested Jairo Garcia, a 34-year-old man, for allegedly involvement in a fatal shooting in North Las Vegas in December. The victim, identified as 49-year old Mariano Riggleman, was found with a gunshot wound and later pronounced dead at UMC Trauma. Police have not disclosed how the two men knew each other or the motive for the shooting.
