Gavin Newsom’s wife mocked for babbling lecture on Trump’s firings of women

California First Partner Jennifer Siebel Newsom was widely mocked for her lecture on President Trump's firings of two prominent women, Kristi Noem and Attorney General Pam Bondi. Siebel argued that these positions were part of an agenda that puts women in a "straitjacket of femininity" that was only in service of men. Many took to social media to criticise her for her lecturing. Democrats also accused President Trump of misogyny for ousting prominent women in his administration during his second term.
