The Supreme Court has overturned Louisiana's congressional map, ruling that it had unconstitutionally created a second majority-black district. Louisiana Democrats and national civil-rights organizations argued that this decision will disenfranchise black voters. The NAACP's President, Derrick Johnson, said the ruling was a license for corrupt politicians to rig the system by silencing entire communities. The Democratic Party's objective is to use black Americans' cover to promote a left-wing agenda and boost Democratic Party aims. The Supreme Court's recent decisions have highlighted the need for race-based outcomes in the voting process, and Democrats are not concerned about fairness for their black voters but about their ability to use them to gain more congressional seats.
