The Supreme Court has unanimously decided to stop the practice of blue state lawfare against charitable pregnancy centers. In a 9-0 ruling, First Choice Women’s Center won over former New Jersey Attorney General Matt Platkin, who had attempted to force the pregnancy center to disclose private donor information and even coordinated with Planned Parenthood on a “consumer alert” targeting pregnancy centers across the state. The decision allows First Choice and pregnancy centers to defend their rights and continue serving women and children without government interference. The ruling on First Amendment grounds was supported by even Ketanji Brown Jackson. The victory is a warning warning of the lengths pro-abortion opponents will go to promote abortion at all costs.
