Kent Wood, a missing Massachusetts hiker, was found dead on Kinsman Pond Trail in Lincoln, NH. Officials say Wood, who drove to Lafayette Campground in Lincoln on Friday to camp and hike for the weekend, began hiking Saturday morning but encountered 3 to 5 inches of snow between Saturday and Monday. A search began Tuesday morning and he was found about 5.5 miles from his vehicle on a section of the Kinsmande. In the past four days, six hikers from Massachusetts have been rescued in the White Mountains.
