Kirk Cousins has agreed to a contract with the Las Vegas Raiders, less than a month after being released from the Atlanta Falcons. The Raiders are expected to select Fernando Mendoza with the No. 1 overall pick in the upcoming NFL draft. The contract details were not immediately disclosed.
