San Diego is set to host a major day of protests against President Donald Trump, with over 20 events planned across the county. The "No Kings" march is expected to attract over 80,000 people, with concerns ranging from defending democratic institutions, protecting civil liberties, challenging immigration enforcement, and ongoing conflicts. The main gathering will be at Waterfront Park, followed by a march along the waterfront. Other demonstrations will include family activities, children’s workshops, art installations, and food or clothing drives for those in need. The ACLU expects these protests to be the fourth widespread day of action since Trump took office for his second term.
