The Cleveland Browns have hosted first-round left tackle prospects Monroe Freeling, Kadyn Proctor and Caleb Lomu for top 30 pre-draft visits. The Browns are looking for a new left tackle for Dawand Jones, who they hope will compete with, and possibly their center. The last time the Browns drafted an offensive tackle high, Jedrick Wills Jr., at No. 10 overall in 2020, they switched him to the left side to protect Baker Mayfield's blindside. However, GM Andrew Berry isn't concerned about the difference between left and right tackles, citing that the distinction between the roles have blurred in modern football.
