John Flora, a restaurateur from Coral Springs, has been celebrating 50 years of bringing authentic Italian food to South Florida. He opened his first restaurant at 21 and is now one of the nation's largest distributors of Italian goods. Flora and his wife, Irene, have run the family business together for 48 years. Their products are now available in stores such as Publix, Winn-Dixie, Walmart, Costco, and Whole Foods.
