Coroner names motorcycle rider killed in fiery crash with semi on Illinois Road

The Allen County Coroner's Office has identified the motorcycle rider, 69-year-old James David North, who died in a fiery collision with a semi on Illinois Road. The collision caused the semi to burst into flames and left the driver uninjured. The cause of the crash has not been disclosed. The manner of death has been ruled an accident by the Coroner.
