‘Gen V’ Canceled After 2 Seasons, ‘The Boys’ Next Spinoff ‘Vought Rising’ Confirmed For 2027 Launch

Prime Video's live-action series, Gen V, has been cancelled after two seasons. The YA drama set at the Godolkin University School of Crimefighting, will not return for a third season. While Gen V is over, The Boys' spinoff, Vought Rising, is set to debut in 2027. Characters from Gen V are featured on the current fifth season of The Boys, which also incorporates elements from the series. The series' loss of one of its stars, Chance Perdomo, led to production delayed until 2024.
