Erika Santiago, a former member of the East Haven Board of Education, has been sworn in as the new Town Clerk. She replaces Lisa Balter who left the position in March to take a non-elected position in Clinton. Santiago has served on numerous committees and served as the secretary of the West Haven Rotary. She is also a past PTO Momauguin Elementary School president.
