Construction has begun on a 2,500-square-foot Starbucks at the River Centre office complex in Middletown, Newmark Realty, which is the leasing agent for River Centre. Four new companies have signed leases to rent space at River Centre, including Zipp & Tannenbaum, InflexionPoint, Relational Group Partners, and Paramount Realty. These new leases bring River Centre to over 90 percent occupancy. The developer, AvalonBay, plans to build 340 apartments at the complex, which will be built on unused parking lots.
