Natalie Rizzo, registered dietitian and TODAY nutrition editor, has shared her favorite plant-based protein snack: edamame, a green immature soy bean, which provides more protein than an egg and is considered the highest-protein bean you can eat. Rizo also mentioned her favorite high-protein snack: lupini beans, which provide about 4 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber per serving.
