Police were called to the Church of the Nazarene regarding an illegal dumping incident on February 24. The pastor informed the police that his daughter had witnessed the incident. The officer tracked down the driver's home and found that his parents, who do not speak English, thought the dumpster was for recycling. The theft of a birthday card and a $100 gift were discovered at the same time.
